Third Son of GRACE the Eldest Daughter of REV.J.JOSHUA

Joshua     Grace      Thomas Sigamony           22 Thomas Sigamony 221 Sheila	Thomas Sigamony called ‘Tommy’ was the third son of Dr.N.Asirwatham and Mrs.Grace Asirwatham, who was the eldest daughter and second child of Rev.J.Joshua the second Pastor of NAGERCOIL Home Church.               After completing his education he joined as a Personal Assistant to Dr.Ida Scudder, founder of theChristian Medical College and Hospital at Vellore in 1923.                He married Ebbie who was working in the same hospital as a Gynaecologist.  She left Vellore for higher studies in England and on completion of her studies joined the service of the Mysore Government and retired from Bangalore.               They have a daughter Sheila.  She after her school education joined the Christian Medical College, Vellore, and took her MBBS Degree.  Then she left for the United States for her higher studies and after completing her studies returned to India and settled in Bangalore.               Mr.Thomas Sigamony after a long service in the Hospital retired as the Office Manager.  He died during 1964.
