	Stephen Kingsley hails from Osaravilai, Kanyakumari District, and is the second son of late Rev.S.Asirvatham.  He is a Gold Medalist in M.E.(Structural Engineering) of the Kerala University and possesses Masters Degree in Business Administration and Bachelor Degree in General Law.  He has served in the Public Health Engineering Department and Technical Education Department and is presently the Additional Director of Technical Education, Government of Tamil Nadu.   He married Sugirtha the eldest daughter of Mr.Y.S.Robert a great grand son of Rev.J.Joshua the second native pastor of NAGERCOIL Home Church, and Mrs.Juliet Robert, on 19th May,1965.  Sugirtha is a Zoology Graduate and a Post Graduate in English Literature.  She has worked as Science Assistant in the C.S.I.Matriculation School, NAGERCOIL for sixteen years.   They are blessed with two sons, one daughter and four grand children.  The eldest son Dr.Jairesh A.Kingsley is a Dental Surgeon and has married Sahaya Sumathy daughter of Mr.& Mrs.Fonglan. They have two children named Prajisha Rachel and Denisha Mitchell.  The next son Er.Prakash S.Kingsley is a marine engineer.  He has married Sheela daughter of Mr.& Mrs.Herbert of NAGERCOIL.  The third child and the only daughter Mercy Salima who is a Physics lecturer has got married to Er.S.John Leon who is working as Lecturer in Mechanical Engineering in the N.I. College of Engineering, Kumarakoil, Thuckalay.  They have two children named Ashwin and Santhosh.
