Andrew Jeya Prakash is the youngest son of Mr. M. William Daniel who retired as a headmaster and Mrs. Mercy William who was a teacher in the Home Church Primary School, NAGERCOIL.   Mrs.Mercy William was the daughter of Mrs. Pooranam Malachi who was the grand daughter of Rev.J.Joshua the second Pastor of NAGERCOIL Home Church.   He had his school education in the Mission Institutions in NAGERCOIL and then joined the Medical College and secured the M.B.B.S.Degree. He did his Post Graduation in ENT in St. Johns medical College, Bangalore.   He married Alishiya the daughter of Mr.J.Devasahayam and Mrs. Saroja Devasahayam.  Mr. Devasahayam is the son of Mr.Joshua Daniel and Mrs.Alice Daniel of Thengapatinum.  Mrs.Saroja Devasahayam is the daughter of Rev.Jyothi Packium who was the Pastor of Marthandam C.S.I. Church for some time and Mrs.Devapoo Jyothi Packium.  Alishiya is a very talented and a gifted person.  She completed her M.Phil. Degree in English and worked as a lecturer in a Teachers Training College for a few years in South Africa where her parents are settled.   After his marriage Andrew went to South Africa and worked there as the Medical Superintendent of a Regional Hospital for seven years.   He left South Africa and is now settled in Australia in a town called Port Pirie.  It is 200 K.m. from Adelaide, the Capital city of South Australia.  It is a friendly town with a wonderful climate.  He is now working in this South Australian Town as a General Medical Practitioner.   They are blessed with one son named William Dev Anand.  He is fourteen years old and was born in Bangalore.  He is now studying in St.Mark’s College, Port Pirie, South Australia.
