Degree course form Alagappa Chettiar College of Technology, Madras, he joined the Central Electrochemical Research Institute, Karaikudi.  Now he is a Senior Scientist there.  He has also passed the Bachelor of Divinity course of the Serampore University.   He married Sunitha Matilda Rose daughter of Mr.J.Solomon Spurgeon and Mrs.Sulochana Spurgeon of NAGERCOIL, on 23rd December, 1976.  She was born on the 15th September, 1954.  She graduated from the Holy Cross College, NAGERCOIL.               God blessed them with a son and a daughter.  The son, Satheesh Solomon Thankaraj was born on 6th December, 1977.  He is doing MBBS Degree course in the Christian Medical College, Vellore.               The daughter Sasheetha Sulochana Sundarabai was born on 22nd May, 1982.  She is studying B.E.in N.I.College of Engineering, Kumarakoil, in Kanyakumari District.
